David Muir was born in the United States and is an American journalist. His ABC News show World News Tonight, with David Muir has been a popular for a number of years. Alongside that it is his co-anchorship of ABC News magazine 20/20. The dramatic footage on video and its animated gestures have made it the most seen newscast in America. The anchor is also famous for his Emmy-nominated show Made In America. Before his appointment as ABC World News Tonight's anchor, Sawyer served as Sawyer's main substitute. He reported on many morning ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He's been all over the world covering news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He has been awarded multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards and distinctions by the Associated Press.
